Where does White Chocolate come from?

Full Cup introduces two new recipes for this winter, come try out our white chocolate heavenly drinks: Hot White Chocolate, and White Chocolate Moccachino.

This is not the first time that we are using this heavenly ingredient; we are using white chocolate as chunks in our delicious home made brownies, and our dark and white chocolate special sprinkle.

But where does white chocolate come from? It is mainly composed of cocoa butter and milk. The cocoa butter itself is produced by grinding cocoa beans then submitting pressure to separate the cocoa butter from the cocoa solids. Cocoa solids are then evaporated to produce cocoa powder.
